Mark Fergus was very professional. He explained everything very well, reviewed the chart, went over labs that had been done previously and on the day of my visit. He took his time with me and I did not feel rushed at any point in time. I would recommend him to anyone else.

Mr. Fergus was very smart and listened to my problems and told me what he thought would be best for me to do and gave me suggestions about treating my problems at home and offered me and prescribed me some medications that really helped me. So I was very pleased.

Blood test was processed quick so Dr Mark could go over with me in detail. He explained my bladder infection and also answered some additional concerns about what the symptoms of bladder cancer are, since I have a history of cancer. Very reassuring. I was able to see him same day.

It was very good experience. Mark is a good listener and was quick to solve my issue.

Would like to say the over a week long cough has gone away.... But it continues to be a problem....

Happy with this provider. It is harder to get in to see my regular provider and I am happy to see Mark.

Dr Mark has always been kind and listen to my concern without asking questions while I was talking. He always waits for me to finish. Which I find very respectful. He's knowledgeable and when he needs to explain things to me, he looks it up and reads to me the definition or causes of my questions. So he's very effective when it comes to me understanding exactly what I need explained.
