Care Philosophy 

In my counseling practice, I take a person-centered and collaborative approach. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a key component of successful therapy, and I utilize this method to meet my patients where they are at. I also think it's important to walk alongside my patients, helping them to see that through reflection, processing and awareness of their own internal thinking processes, they can feel empowered to make positive changes.

Personal Statement

I reside in the Green Bay area with my family. Outside of working, I enjoy reading, traveling, spending time with family and friends and hanging out with my tuxedo cats.
