Doctor and nurses could be friendlier and less haughty.

The seventh floor nurses were awesome. My doctor was very good. I wish a thank you to everyone for the help and support for me and my family with information and guidance we received.

The receptionist was very rude and made a comment behind my back about me that I had come up to the window too many times and was irritating her and I ended up walking out of the clinic and she had to call and talk me into coming back because she was very rude to me behind my back talking about me to the other employees and sarcastic and it was very unprofessional and I probably won't go back.

Right when he walked into the room he was dismissing me and acted like the appointment was a waste of time I have a lump and he kept talking about him removing the fat in my armpit and not about the lump it's self appointment was totally unnecessary

All good, as per usual with Bellin.

I wish Dr was a lil more talkative but he was very nice to me.

Everyone worked as a cohesive team. Entrance to your facility could use better signage, however. It was very unclear how and where the patient entrance is.

Most everything went well, The only problem was using the numbers for responding to the TEXT message. It would not go through. I had to call to confirm the appointment,

The personal were all very kind and made me feel very comfortable.

I've only had one appointment with Dr. Marcelo Grazziotin so far, but he made a strong first impression. He explained my diagnosis and the lumpectomy option clearly, answered every question with patience, and kept a calm, optimistic tone that helped ease a very stressful moment. I left feeling informed, supported, and confident moving forward.

Dr. Grazziotin, the NP, and the person that roomed me were fantastic.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly and appreciated it.

I feel they are looking at my situation on an individual basis, giving me the option that is best for my situation at this time.
