The check in kiosk was not responding to prompts, gave me a message I could not have a printed receipt, but then a receptionist said it always states that as she handed me the receipt. The person-to-person care was excellent.

My visit was fine. The check in process is redundant, though. I don't like getting a bracelet to go in to simply pick up a hearing aid supply. I checked in at home and then still had to do more check in and wait in line. The reception desk was very polite and helpful but so much was not needed. It is more geared for the surgery center rather than the ENT office. Perhaps have a different desk for that check in?

Dr Dorn was really easy to work with. She is a good communicator and an excellent problem solver.

You need more people like Louri Dorn !

The facility is impressive.

It is foolish to have to check in like at a hospital and wear a wrist band to see an audiologist to get my hearing aids checked.

My P.A. Was a great young lady who was very professional and caring medical provider! She rid me of my pain and dizziness and called over the weekend to check on my status! Could not have found a better doctor!

I had a great experience with Lorie Dorn. She was just phenomenal in going and very specific on my hearing test. And I guess I just walked away feeling very good about what I experienced with her processes.

Lorri Dorn is extremely helpful. She goes over and above the call of duty when it comes to helping her patients.

The check in is overkill. I registered by phone, then by e-check in, then at the kiosh which couldn't check me in and finally thru a person at the check in kioshes. All I was there for was to get my hearing aids cleaned and checked. All my info is on file and nothing changed yet I had to play 50 questions 4 times. Once would have been enough.

Lorie is such a good listener. I've had a rough 8 months and wanted to share with her. She stopped what she was doing and took the time to just listen. That meant more to me than she'll ever know.

Dr Dorn listened to my issues with my new hearing aids & was able to fix all my problems. She was thorough, and took the time to make sure I understood what I needed to do with the Phonak app. I was very pleased she helped me to work my issues out. Doctor did a great job

I wish visits were more people oriented and less tech oriented Also, personal communication in general needs great improvement across the board in the medical field. Everybody gets treated more like numbers than like people.

My provider, Lori Dorn, is amazing. Just absolutely stands out in the crowd. She's phenomenal. But I think some of the desk, the desk, the front desk staff, very unpleasant people. And they probably shouldn't be working in public service like that, in customer service. They're just grumpy, not nice. Thank you.
