Care Philosophy 

I strive to meet people where they’re at — recognizing their strengths, helping them build on what’s already working and supporting them through challenges as they work toward their goals. My approach is collaborative, compassionate and often infused with humor. I deeply appreciate the courage it takes for individuals to reach out for help, often during some of the most difficult moments in their lives. I truly respect and value the trust they place in allowing themselves to be vulnerable in the therapy process.
