Everyone was very caring. You'll never feel like "just a number". Dr Fuglestad and his team are awesome.

He seemed to be a very good Doctor. Knew my history and answered any questions I had. I would recommence.

The switch over was not a good intergration. Need to test, test, test.

My Chart navigation is not intuitive. Uploading documents via messaging is not convenient nor clearly identified. Questionnaires are extremely repetitive. I was asked to confirm my preferred pharmacy 5 times and then the nurse asked the same question. Seems your employees don't trust the system. Also, I was asked the same questions regarding communicable diseases three times for office visits on the same day.

Nurse spoke right over me and didn't hear what I was saying. My doctor is retiring and it breaks my heart. I loved Dr Fuglestad .

Dr. Fuglestad and his team have treated me and my family with nothing but professionalism and compassion and gentle kind hearted treatment of all my health issues! I truly owe Dr. Fuglestad my life for the care he took guiding me through my treatment with care and respect!!! I have nothing but love and respect for Dr. Fuglestad and his team of professional staff and nurses at my Family Doctors of Howard!

DR FUGLESTAD is amazing

I have been with Bellin for many years years.

I had three appointments for my physical. So I had the answer the questions 3 times. That is a little over the top. If nothing changes just allow that to happen.

Dr Loren got me the proper diagnosis and my pain is resolved.

All was good. All my questions were answered.

I first tried to log in on my Bellin app but always encounter a problem. I did use MyChart to check in. The Bellin app should redirect one to MyChart

I have enjoyed the relationship with Dr. Fuglestad for the last I don't know how many years- but it has been a long time. I will really miss his warm and compassionate care that he had. I wish him well in his retirement!

My initial appointment was cancelled the day of (2 hours before appointment time). Not the best thing for the patient but I do understand it does happen.

Experience was good. Emplify overall is not. Worse online experience, billing, service, everything.

When I was told I would have labs, they should be specific - is it fasting blood work or not. Will I be doing a urinalysis. This would help me prepare

I was never told about my chart or an app. I would like a follow up on my availability on that information.

I really enjoy working with Dr. Fuglestad and the only problem, if you will, that I have is sometimes it's very difficult to get in to see him, so I wind up going to urgent care. And that has been a good experience, but I would feel much better if I was sitting down with Dr. Fuglestad. Thank you very much.

In general, excellent. I thought I had everything completed prior to my last visit, but I still had man questions to be answered after I arrived.

I have been coming to this office for more than 20 years now. Wouldn't change a thing.

Doctor, explained my options to me and why he thinks this was the best way to attack it at that. He asked if I was putting external pain reliever but I said I can't reach it. He suggested using a patch. Great idea.

I have many appointments and having to answer the same questions over and over again is very, very, very tedious.

First time seeing Dr. Fuglestad. He was knowledgeable, courteous and did his examination in a calm, clear and pleasant manner. I was there for a relatively simple check up - but he didn't rush and was very thorough.
