Lisa was great and her assisant at the time was awesome

I was treated as though I was an inconvenient as she is not my provider, but was unable to get in to see my provider after the visit my chart told me that I needed to follow up with my own provider it was a waste of my time and financially got nowhere so now I have an appointment with my own provider for the same reason I went in the first place to cook!

Nurse practioner was wonderful . Very thorough after visit appointment and caught medicone tjat to be renewed. I appreciated the visit.

I appreciate the team and her taking there time to listen without judgement and going over and beyond to make sure I got help and medication I needed to continue a healthy lifestyle.

Lisa was great! I'd recommend her and plan to stay with her. I felt very comfortable.

The wait time to see the provider was excessively long and was just left in the waiting room with no explanation or update. The provider was wonderful.

Unknown if staff member who called me back was a nurse or med asst, in a loud voice verified the reason for my visit as I was being called from waiting room with the door still open and in hallway where your height and weight would be taken. The purpose of visit should be verified once roomed. Granted it was for a routine visit, but next time it may not be. Be mindful of everyone's privacy regardless of visit type. No other issues.

Lisa and her nurse were great.

I had been to a different provider in Dec. for my annual exam and was not happy with that experience so I went to Dr. Cook for a second opinion. The experience was much more positive and a better fit for me. I have now changed my primary care provider to Dr. Cook.
