As a sports physical therapist, I understand the impact that injuries can have on your active lifestyle. I am committed to guiding your recovery using evidence-based practice and life-long prevention and management strategies. My goal is to empower you to achieve your optimal, pain-free potential, helping you confidently return to the activities you love.
Personal Statement
I enjoy spending time with my husband and two boys, running, yoga, biking and golf. I have completed several races including triathlons, duathlons and various distance running events. I'm also actively involved with the Bellin Run and the Bellin Women's Half Marathon.
