Care Philosophy

My primary approach to care is trauma informed, fostering a safe, nonjudgemental and supportive environment that is essential for healing. I believe that every journey toward healing is unique and shaped by individual histories, strengths and challenges, and I work hard to ensure that my patients feel heard, validated and empowered.

Personal Statement

Outside of work, I value spending time with my family and friends most, and I also enjoy relaxing through being around water, sitting near a bonfire, reading, listening to music, walking through nature and going to musicals.
