I strive to provide high-quality, patient-centered care by forming a collaborative and trusting relationship with my patients to ensure they understand their goals for care. I believe this is best achieved through active listening, recommending evidence-based medical therapies and providing education about treatment recommendations and diagnoses. As a provider, my goal is to help empower each individual patient to reach their highest potential and quality of life.

Lauren and the 2 other women we talked to are top notch, they are intelligent, caring and make you feel & know they are listening to what you are saying. Don't ever lose these woman. In fact give them a raise to keep them with Bellin. You want the best, we want you to treat all your employees the best. Don't want to go anywhere else but Bellin.
