Laura was extremely pleasant and answered all my questions. I also felt she listened without judgement, and seemed to care how I felt about the issues I discussed with her.

Everything was great. The doctor was always very kind, the nurses were very attentive, and the service was excellent. That's how I see it; the doctor is very professional. I really like how she treats me, very patient with my questions because my English isn't perfect, but she helps me a lot. Very kind. She's an extraordinary doctor for me, and the nurses were also excellent. I really appreciate it. Thank you very much.

She was very, she's always very, very nice, very kind, very spoken in all nice ways. She explains everything into detail. I could ask anything and she would answer me with anything. She is very, very nice. I trust her with all myself and I would recommend her to anyone. I've had her for several years now and I just adore her when I go her. I'm not use to using the new chart.

My Chart website is extremely difficult to navigate and needs a major overhaul.

Ms./Mrs. Klein was amazing! I feel very confident that she will help me get back to 100%. She listened, asked questions, provided feedback that wasn't what things "could be," and was present. This was my first visit with her and I feel very hopeful! She also has a very kind and calming demeanor that gave me the ability to really advocate for my concerns. She reminds me of a doctor I used to have, and he was very thorough in detail explanations, looked you in the eye when you were talking to him, and that's exactly what Laura Klein does as well. I'm really happy with everybody at Bellin. Just excellent staff. Very comfortable with your staff and the atmosphere.

She was behind and rushed through the appointment. Only discussed 3 of the issues I had.

Yearly check up.Did nothing. Didn't even look in ears or mouth. Could have done this check up from home. Only good thing from yearly check up is blood work.

Filled out a Disabled request for parking but still have not received the form per mail from the office after having L Klein sign it so I can send it on to DMV.

I wasn't able to see my provider as she was filled. The provider I did see was very good as well.

I was well taken care of. Informed of X-rays results asap. Referred to specialist in which I was contacted in less than 72 hrs. Excellent service.
