It was a great experience

I have been impressed with Bellin overall since I moved here 7 years ago. Almost across the board, its been a good experience. Yes, there have been times when I didn't agree with things, but they have always been resolved.

I really enjoyed the doctor. She asked if I had any questions on anything and explained all of my options for treatment. The nurse that did the allergy testing on my back did not tell me what to expect, so I wasn't ready or prepared for the pricks or the scratches on my back. I think it would have been effective to have her say what was going to happen, or I could have just been expecting a spray or a tap or something like that versus multiple scratches.

This was my first visit with Doctor Nair. I found her to be very respectful and caring. She took the time that she needed with me and was a great listener. She did a good job of explaining everything and setting out a treatment plan. I look forward to working with her.

All the staff was very nice and knowledgeable! I'm glad I chose this Provider. She was very kind. I learned a lot from her.

Dr. Nair was excellent-- she answered all my questions thoroughly and laid out various next steps to handle both my allergy and asthma symptoms as they change frequently. The nurse who administered my allergy skin test was so kind and explained the whole thing the whole time.

She really took the time to understand me as an individual, explain various diagnoses thoroughly, made sure the diagnostic process/ treatment was clear, etc. She made me feel comfortable asking as many questions as I needed to without making me feel like a burden or stupid.
