Dr. Kristin Collar is the most knowledgeable, comforting, and kind doctor. She is a great listener, and this helps when she/we are problem solving. If there is something she knows needs specialty care, she will send us so we get the best specialized care! We have been with her since our kiddos were little and they still go to her at 19 years old. They trust her and they know she takes care of them like her own! Thank you Dr. Kristin!

Yes, everything went well except I had to wait a long time. I think it was 45 minutes before I was taken in once I checked in. So the time that I sat in the waiting room was a little bit too long, I thought. But the exam, everything else was fine.

I called with a sudden concern hoping to get in to see Kristin early the following week--she saw me that day. Tests were run and Kristin explained that results may be in yet late that same day, but since it was a Friday, her comments would not be made until Monday. I was relieved to see normal results in MyChart late Friday and Kristin's comments early Monday. This may have been a false alarm, but I was treated by everyone at the clinic as though it was a high priority.

I always appreciate the time Kristin takes with me at my appointments. She "knows" me and advises me in a way that is right for me and not a cookie cutter fix.

Kristin is the most compassionate, caring provider. We love seeing her and she does such a wonderful job. all of the staff, including the rooming nurses and the front desk are wonderful!! five stars for Seymour clinic.

Everything met my expectations

My health issue was diagnosed quickly, and testing was done in the office while I was there.

The staff was very encouraging, very happy for me when I had lowered my A1C from 7.6 to 6.7. I was very happy about it and good to know that they were doing the happy dance for me. I greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
