No matter which of your locations I go to, they all have the same great approach to myself and great comments about coworkers even at other locations.

Extremely disappointed I did not receive any report from staff regarding tests, readings, no or anything whatsoever in writing at the conclusion of my appt.

Dr. Haapalainen was very professional, answered all questions and gave her follow-up report in a timely fashion. I was treated with kindness, concern and compassion. I was not kept waiting . When the doctor entered the room she put me at ease and treated me like a person, not a number. She took her time and I felt she really listened to me. Her staff was also great.

I immediately felt comfortable with Kristi. She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She listened to and answered all my questions. Moving forward, I feel good about having her as my health care provider for my heart health. No one wants to have health concerns but when there are issues, it's comforting having someone you can trust in your corner.
