I feel safe and secure with Kristen . She really listens and cares. She has made everything so much easier because she does care and takes her time when I see her. It's a bit scary growing old and she has made my life easier and better.

We love all of our Bellin providers! They are attentive and really hear what you are saying, then tell you the treatment options and ask for your feedback to the options! Because they listen they have saved my life more than once!

I feel once you sign in to your chart and if you have facial recognition, you should not have to sign in each and every time with facial recognition.

My Chart should be a LOT more user friendly. Hard to understand a lot of narrative. One test result was way higher than it should be, so I would've thought someone might call me regarding that reading.

I'm not sure why you have patients do an online check in and then have to do the same thing on a kiosk when you arrive. The receptionist stood behind me and watched while I used the kiosk. Made me uncomfortable. Why are you paying a person and have to check in electronically twice?

The X-ray technician was very helpful I almost fell trice on the way to labs she assisted me and walked me down there safely. I was very pleased with her helpfulness otherwise I would have fell the second time if she wasn't helping me. I fall at least three times a week normally it seams like I trip over my own feet.

Computerized check in would not check me in. Others around me had the same issue.

Kristen let me explain how my joint pain started, let me take my time to explain how it progressed. And told me the plan to figure the problem out. That's all I could ask. She was great. Now I finally have confidence I can be diagnosed with proper disease and help I might be able to get for joint pain.
