Care Philosophy
As a licensed professional counselor, I strive to provide a safe, comfortable and supportive place for individuals (ages 13 and up) and couples to work through their problems and difficulties. My primary goal is to empower my clients to find answers to their problems from within. I consider myself to be an integrative/process-oriented therapist using such techniques as cognitive behavioral, relational, trauma-informed and psychodynamic processes.

In my spare time, I enjoy movies, theatre, concerts, singing, yoga, knitting and spending time with family and friends.
