I am unable to access my online chart/test results since Emplify took over.

I am so happy to have Bellin / Emplify Health in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. That way if I need to see a specialist it is available to me. I gave always had a positive experience at Bellin Escanaba and in Green Bsy!! Always treated with the utmost respect and care

The physical visit went smoothly. I find using My Chart challenging and can be somewhat frustrating as I am not tech savvy and adept at using the technology. I managed to successfully complete the required tasks for the pre check in. Overall the appointment went very well.

Dr Gauthier is a treasure. She gives the best care I have ever had and is super comfortable to be around with her optimistic attitude. She is very careful to understand all segments of my health in order to diagnose it correctly. I appreciate her very much!

The visit was a little rushed but overall, ok.

The only thing about my last visit was the very long wait. I arrived 30 minutes early, which I usually do, but I ended up waiting to see the doctor for one hour and 35 minutes. That gets very long waiting in the room, maybe you could put back magazines or a television to keep patients occupied. I love my doctor and I'm retired, so it was not a big deal.

The online check in was a bit confusing with some questions of ailments that I wasn't aware of and didn't know what they were. Other than that, it was good to walk into the office and not have paperwork to complete.

Dr. Gauthier was amazing. She listened to me and helped me out. She's very well educated and I would definitely recommend her to all my family and friends. Plus her nurses are amazing. They are great nurses.

Online check-in asks for information over and over again even though much of it doesn't change. Perhaps put the "no change" option at the top instead of the bottom of the lists.

It was great to actually see me doctor! I don't like the pass off to someone who doesn't know me. I've been going to her for over 15 years. She always helps because she knows me.
