Great care experience

I am scheduled out with two surgeries, all pre and post appointments as well. This was within two days of meeting with Dr. Kleist. I know what to expect and what is expected of me. Needless to say I am on my way with confidence.

We had an issue with the laptop doing a software install. Person who helped us got it resolved with a different

Check in was do it yourself. No interaction at all.

My visit was very good except for the fact that it appears that my chart is mixed up with somebody else's because it had me taking medications that I do not take and it had me having allergies that I do not have. And so all or most of my visit was recorded on paper. So that's the only unfortunate part of my visit.

First visit and Dr. Kleist and his staff were wonderful and it was a great first experience!

My experience scheduling an appointment, my time with the doctor and response to a follow up question was handled quickly and professionally by everyone. I was especially impressed with the rapid response to my follow up email question

The only downgrade was wait time. Appointment scheduled for 9:00. Nurse brings me to room and completes preliminary checks and leaves the room at 9:07 advising that Dr.Kleist is with another patient and "will be a few minutes." I have no additional interactions with anyone until at 9:40 I walk into the hall to say that I am ready to leave unless the Dr. Kleist is going to be in within a minute. 33 minutes is not "a few minutes". That is more than one full appointment behind in schedule. At the very least, a person should have stopped in to advise of the excess delay and reason behind it. Felt very unimportant at that point. Dr. Kleist did all the "right" things after arrival at my appointment.

Dr Kleist is simply the best

Amplify could really improve their check-in process. I took 15 minutes to go through everything the night before on my computer. I had to repeat the same questions the next morning when I arrived for my appointment. One appointment was for x-rays and the other appointment was to see Dr. Kleist. I had to fill out the same questions twice for both appointments. That's ridiculous. So in total, I had to fill out the same information three times for my appointment with Dr. Kleist. That could really be improved. There's no incentive for me to go on my computer the night before and check in.

It was very professionally done. I feel very safe with Dr. Kleist as my caregiver. Thank you.

My experience was very well received by me and the people were very nice and I felt very comfortable with the doctor and all of his people that assisted him throughout and a physical therapist that helped me at the end of the visit. So it was definitely a 10-type visit. Thank you.
