I was amazed that both Dr. Kleist and PT Tyler not only heard me but saw me as a person not just an old woman. They listened to what my complaint was, and offered their treatment plan and since I started I feel so much better and feel like my treatment is doing what I hoped for. Throughout my experience with my knee replacement, I had the best staff at the hospital. Everyone was just great when I had my knee replacement in August 2025.

Dr Kleist is the best.

Dr. Kleist listened when I spoke about what was going on with my knee. He then spent time showing me my xrays and what he would do for treatment and why. It is the first time I have felt heard and not just brush my concerns aside.

Extremely caring staff

I appreciated the options and detailed explanations which must get old. A surgeon from OSMS said I needed knee replacement 3 years ago. Now I have a brace for walking and PT exercises with surgery be the last, not first.

Maybe the best doctor I have ever seen

I was treated like an individual and not rushed by any of the staff.

Dr. Kleist was very informative. I like a doctor that's very blunt, that just tells you like it is, and he's good with that. He was very cordial about doing it.
