I am extremely comfortable with Katie Rettler which is why I moved my care to follow her. She takes time to listen and treats me like a real person.

Katie and everyone who was involved with my visit were polite, respectful and professional. Katie was very concerned with my issues and made me feel like she is taking the steps to address these concerns regarding my health issues. To Katie and her team I want to say thank you.

The person who scheduled my original appt told me they didn't have a waiting list if someone should cancel an appt. Was very excited to get in 4 weeks earlier than scheduled. Katie is an AMAZING NP and I love working with her. She is thorough and so understanding and actually listens to what a patient has to say. She's easy to speak with and doesn't have a negative thing to say about anything, it seems. Wish there were more NPs in this world like her. Now, to make sure scheduling understands that if someone cancels an appt, it's possible to reschedule another patient to fill that time slot.

I have nothing but love for the heart doctors and nurses, the ICU team, and everyone else at Bellin! They kept me alive through my 2 heart attacks and sixtuple bypass surgery and I will forever be thankful.
