My poor experience starts with waiting on hold for up to 15 min. This never happened when it was Bellin. The nurses will take 2-4 days to respond in the portal. I do not feel like this provider took ownership of my healthcare problem. Call your other provider. All because she doesn't have experience with this. Disappointed.

It was great that she gave me the orders that I wanted to get ultrasound just to make sure my blood clot was gone. I want to verify that. But they made me come all the way from out of town to come in there to see them instead of just doing it over the phone. And they didn't, when I went to see them, they didn't do anything. They didn't, I mean, there was nothing there that they couldn't have did over the phone. You can't tell if you have a blood clot or not by being seen. So that was kind of strange. I didn't like that. Other than she was pleasant. She listened to me and then that was it. Thank you.

Check in process is too lengthy. Everything else was great.

Two of the people I interacted with seemed to having a bad day... The practitioner was excellent!

I really appreciate the timely response from my initial call to the followup for further treatment which is already scheduled for next week. Everyone was very professional yet pleasant and reassuring. Thank you.

I had a glitch upon check-in. They couldn't get your system to accept my my Medicare card...even though I've used it before at Bellin and have used it multiple times at various providers over the past weeks. It didn't prevent me from getting my lab work or seeing my provider but I'm praying it doesn't cause problems with your billing system!

First meeting with Katie. Very friendly, did not seem rushed, listened and thorough. Would definately see her agian.

I wish I knew how to work my bellin my chart but I don't. It would be much easier if I could!

I appreciate my health problem being addressed swiftly and with a remedy.

I got an appointment in a timely manner (same day), the PA explained her thoughts in a way I could understand, received a chest X-ray the same day, and the results were sent a few hours later! Received excellent care! Thank you!

Always satisfied with services. 1st time with Katie, very happy with treatment. Normally I see Dr. Lemkuil, always good also.

PA was professional yet friendly. Reception and intro nurse were professional.

I scored getting an appointment lower because my regular doctor was booked up. I did really like Kathryn Miller. She took her time and really listened to my issues. Very personable as well.

It went really well with Kathryn explaining everything very well.

Whenever we are at Bellin with a health issue, we always feel like we will go home feeling much better.

Everybody was wonderful and I had a great visit and continued on with my visit on Friday and we're concentrating on my health. I was very pleased and very happy.
