I had a glitch upon check-in. They couldn't get your system to accept my my Medicare card...even though I've used it before at Bellin and have used it multiple times at various providers over the past weeks. It didn't prevent me from getting my lab work or seeing my provider but I'm praying it doesn't cause problems with your billing system!

First meeting with Katie. Very friendly, did not seem rushed, listened and thorough. Would definately see her agian.

I wish I knew how to work my bellin my chart but I don't. It would be much easier if I could!

I got an appointment in a timely manner (same day), the PA explained her thoughts in a way I could understand, received a chest X-ray the same day, and the results were sent a few hours later! Received excellent care! Thank you!
