This was the 1st time i met Katy, she was excellent. Caring, knowledgeable and she took time to listen.

I asked for vaccine insert and was told they don't have it or no idea where it is in the clinic.

Katie and the nurse and the BEST. They listen, they are compassionate and treat me like a regular person. They tell it as it is.

The front office worker and the nurse and Katie were all exceptional. Just wonderful people.

Katie Warren is a kind and thoughtful nurse practitioner. She comes into room remembering the different health concerns of each patient. Katie also asks if there are other concerns we want to talk about. This time she chose to check my level of Vitamin D. Finding it very high she recommended that I go off of Vitamin D for this month before it was checked again. We appreciate Katie Warren and her thorough care of us.

Bellin staff was amazing for my first child birth experience! Couldn't recommend enough!

The provider was great. She listened and treated me with respect, compassion and kindness. I knew what to do. She made sure I knew how to use the Zithromax before I left. I definitely would see her again.

This is the first time I did a digital visit and I thought it was very easy to do.

I liked the way the nurse and Katie explained things to me and answered my questions and concerned in words that I could understand. I liked the way that we discussed any future treatments that may or may not be needed in the future

I did have to call text support for some issues with the website after numerous attempts. They were very helpful. Overall, my experience was great but I did have some sticker shock at the prices of things. Some items seemed to be charged more than once under different categories. Knowing the price of services prior to would be helpful. Being in healthcare as well, it really doesn't seem to make sense.

No pressure to commit to anything that I didn't want to.

Katy and her team are excellent. There are plenty of pcps closer to me, but I would never give her up. The front desk staff and the phlebotomist were great as well.

I would like to thank Katie for taking the time to research my medical history where she discovered something from over three years ago that uncovered the underlying problems I have been having. She is so very friendly, thorough and professional!

I didn't see my provider because he was not in I saw another provider. She was great to speak with and very positive about everything, explained things and wrote them down for me as well. She was very pleasant to speak with.
