I'm finding it a little more difficult to find my info. My Bellin was easy access. I could find all appointments easily, reviews, and summaries. It was all there. Now I have to look around and figure out. ?

My chart doesn't work.

Check in could be modified a little - to long?

I can't see enough wonderful things about Dr LaFond. She truly knows me even before she comes into the room and she knows my history. Is she seems to be up on all the latest and current research and literature and is able to provide me with options for my treatment. She has brains and compassion and great communication skills!

My visit was very pleasant, almost fun?

My appt was 8;30. Arrived 8:00. Called to room 8:50. Saw Dr. 9:20. Not happy.

My doctor listened to me and she answered my questions.

I am frustrated. The lack of respect, inability for me to even ask questions during the appointment.... I need to find a new pcp- I do not deserve to be treated with so much disrespect and a lack of medical care.

I have the very best confidence in Dr Lafond and her team.

After seeing a dermatologist NP and receiving meds that didn't seem to help, Dr LaFond prescribed a med that seems to be helping. She is the best!

Dr. La Fond is simply an outstanding physician. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful, and I am fortunate to have her on my team.

The check in desk person was great. I liked that she thanked me for doing the e check in stuff with minimal redundant questions. The nurse was also very kind and respectful. Lastly Dr La Fond is amazing as always and not judgmental. I drive across town to stick w her even tho I moved and don't really ever need to go to the doctor.

Dr LaFond is wonderful. I can't say enough good things about her.

I have a hard time understanding MyChart directions and how it works

Dr LaFond cares for our entire family, and now is my mother's new GP. My mom loves her and having had some health difficulties of late, we are so happy to bring her into the Bellin family!

Get rid f the "Unique Experience". I mean "C'mon. I'm going to the Doctor. If you were referring towards Gender Identity then I dont care for the question. All folks should be treated the same, without repercussion. I didn't like that question. The healthcare i receive from Bellin and their associated Physicians is excellent.

Dr LaFond and her nurse were both kind and professional and answered my personal questions without me feeling embarrassed. Dr LaFond explained things very clearly to me and answered all the questions I had without me feeling rushed.

Dr. LaFond was very thorough. Answered my questions and set up tests she felt I needed. Staff was also very nice and they showed they cared about everyone's needs.

Dr. Lafond is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He's very good.

Dr. Lafond is a very caring and thorough doctor. I can walk out of my appointment and know she has checked whatever I needed.
