The ladies including The Doctor understand my pain and the foul language I used on my left toe removal. But it hurt so bad but I'm glad that she just kept going and complete the removal. Thank you

Katie Wangerin took her time with me in evaluating my feet and explaining everything and answering all my questions. I was very pleased that she found my problem and fixed it so that I could walk without pain. What a blessing!!!

It may be helpful to remind the check in staff where podiatry patients should wait. I was directed to imaging to wait. The Podiatry nurse had to search for me for my appointment.

Reluctant to prescribe a brace or anything that would help my condition

Nicky, who entered all the data was so upbeat and warm toward me. Doctor Kathleen Wangerin was also very positive & great at explaining my issues & treatment.

Ms. Wangerin was thorough and concerned about my situation. I had total confidence in her analysis and treatment. She is a real asset to Bellin.

When my appointment was I was there 10 minutes ahead of my appointment and I still had to wait 30 minutes longer

Everyone from the check-in person, the x-ray technician, nurse, and doctor were excellent. It was one of the best experiences I've had at a doctor's appointment.

Everything was clean

I was very impressed that the NP had the MD come in the room to get his opinion about what she saw and thought. Then they decided together what needed to be done!

After I left and processed the visit I felt like the symptom was treated but not the cause. The tight/sore tendon along the bottom of my foot from unconsciously pulling up my big toe was treated with an RX and exercises. The reason the toe is pulling up was never discussed.

Both the nurse and NP were seriously incredible. They were knowledgeable, personable, explained things easily to me, and worked SO well together as a team. I've never seen a team quite like them before, they were amazing to watch. I loved how I got the answers I needed to start my healing journey and how we could address all of my concerns fully in one visit. They made me feel so comfortable and at home. I understand why this is the best podiatry care in the Bay Area!! Completely and wholeheartedly agree with that award.

Your staff was excellent

Staff was great. Check in was different. Did not really like the check in computer experience. People stood around as I did wondering what to do. Staff spent too much time trying to deal with people at computers. Really uncomfortable for staff and patients. Get rid of computers check in.

Liked the provider she gave me good information and explained the X-rays Also the lady in the home health store there is the best She gives me good info about the shoe inserts and because of her help I have already bought two I love those inserts they help my feet The cashier there is very knowledgeable

My watch became broke after I woke from surgery, and also my underwear were off in a bag I couldn't understand that part I felt so uncomfortable and no one said what happen to my Apple Watch but beside that everything went amazing

The provider and her nurse set my mind at ease about the procedure and answered all of my questions. I felt comfortable and trusted her to do the job well. I will definitely see her again for my foot care needs.

Everything was explained what was going to happen and what it may feel like or there would be no feeling of the procedure at all. It was explained to me if the problem should arise again and what to do.
