My Chart isn't user friendly regarding sign in and pass words etc

I never understand check in. I check in through email, then text, then when I enter facility, then when I get to the department. Also, for some reason nobody can ever figure out my insurance. They've paid every time for the last several years, but for some reason it's never recognized. So I end up paying a non-insured initial payment. Dealing with this department has always been an issue. Once you get past that, everything is fantastic. I went into the wrong elevator and ended up on the right floor but wrong area. A nurse kindly offered help without me asking and led me to the correct department. Really nice of her. Sleep department staff was great. I can't say enough about Kara. She addresses issues, sorts through the information and is determined to help solve issues. Completely satisfied with her care and feel 100% confident with my health in her care.

I don't like the check-in kiosk. Thankfully, there was someone that was able to do it for me. That's the worst part of an appointment.

The elevator for the south is sooooo slow! I got there with 20 minutes to spare and I was almost late for my appointment. Also, the lights glare over the check-in kiosks and make it almost impossible to see.
