I connect with my patients where they are at, recognizing their strengths, building on what is working and supporting them through challenges. My approach is holistic, collaborative and compassionate, and I believe incorporating humor can be a part of healing. I understand and am inspired by the courage it takes to ask for help, especially during life’s toughest moments.

Personal Statement

I enjoy outdoor activities, traveling, cooking, baking, making crafts, learning new skills, all things moves and TV shows and spending time with friends, my spouse and my children.
