It was fine.

Justin Lacrosse is trustworthy and very respectful and he's efficient, so I enjoy seeing him. I think that physicians as a whole should be required to understand nutrition, and I'm just not a fan of the Western medicine system as a whole, and I think more needs to be improved there. So I would never trust Bellin Health or Amplify Health to be all-encompassing and be able to address the baseline needs of our family. They serve a purpose, but I would never say that I completely trust the organization due to the lack of holistic training.

Dr Lacrosse is amazing. He listens. He is straight forward. It really feels like he takes the time to really hear whats going on with you and seems to see things as a whole. I felt like he cared about my long term health and really helping me to fix whats going on as opposed to just throwing a bandaid on the issue for a quick fix.

Doctor Lacrosse is great, after a visit with him my knee always feels better.

Dr. LaCrosse did a fine job listening and explaining my numbers and options. The highlight of the visit was his listening to my heart- noting a flutter- he immediately did a EKG and showed me the fluttering traces. He put me on blood thinning medication which could prevent strokes. That's a "well done."

More personal contact afterwards, especially when you're doing a survey. A little bit less abrupt during the appointment itself.

I actually think Bellin Health is one of the best hospitals that the UP can have right now. They care about you, they treat you right, and they do everything just as you ask them to do. Very good people.
