Yeah, your billing department is messed up. This was a community care, VA community care visit. They're supposed to bill opt them. Your nurse, Julie Thomas's nurse, had that information, but your billing don't have it and they're billing me. I'd like that fixed.

Went to see Julie Thomas, and she and I agreed on my treatment for the next 6 weeks. She was caring as always.

The provider listened to me and provided suggestions for care. Very helpful.

Julie Thomas has never cared for me only in regards to GI issues. She treats me with kindness and compassion and cares about me as an entire human being. Julie has always been an excellent listener and takes all parts of my health, including my mental health, into consideration when making a plan of care. She definitely goes above and beyond and creates a safe place for me to be who I am instead of having to pretend things are fine when they are not. Make sure she knows how valuable that is to someone like me who has struggled with feeling safe with people my entire life. Her kindness doesn't go unnoticed

The group that I saw is very compassionate, listens, is kind and enjoyable.

Julie is really nice, respectful, kind and she listens to what I have to say. She explains everything to me and she always answers my questions. Her nurses are always so nice, helpful, kind and respectful too

Things were relaxed.

Julie PA was so attentive to all my questions. Even when i didn't fully understand she continued explaining in a different fashion. Also she was open and so kind about my "elementary " type questions. I agree with the plan she set out for me.
