Care Philosophy

My philosophy centers on evidence-informed practice to address neuro-musculoskeletal dysfunctions, pain and support rehabilitation after surgery. I partner with my patients as a coach, blending their goals and needs with clinical expertise and research to develop personalized, effective treatment plans. Through a combination of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy and other interventions, I aim to relieve pain, restore strength and enhance function and mobility, empowering patients on their path to recovery.

Personal Statement

I reside in the greater Green Bay area with my family. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, as well as outdoor activities such as golfing, camping, hunting and fishing.
