I was very satisfied with all of the treatment that I received through Bellin Health. Dr. Conrad was terrific. Dr. John, a follow-up doctor, was great. The nurses were spectacular. I couldn't be more happy. And my recovery is going very, very well. So I couldn't be happier.

Dr 30 min late. I had to go out to verify if he forgot about me. Someone should have checked on me while in exam room and inform he would be late. Frustrating.

I was seen in a timely manner and all my questions were answered.

After doing all the check in online, it's tedious to have to do so much at the kiosk upon arrival. And most of all, my xray appts. don't show up on the paperwork provided from the provider. Had I not been on my chart, I wouldn't have even known I had an appt. 30 mins. earlier. That's happened to me 3x now. I was even chastised for being late one time when I was clearly on time/early for the Dr. Something must be done to rectify this!

I am happy you have stopped with the "are youthere yet" text messages. I am usually early for appts but the texts were getting annoying. Everything else is amazing. I love Bellin, I recommend Bellin to everyone who will listen. So happy with my results. From beginning to end of my replacement journey has been one of the best experiences of my life.

Check in process is redundant. Did recheck in, yet you need to redo everything at the kiosk. Very time consuming. Too many text message reminders.

I'm really disappointed that I have to wait 3 weeks for a MRI. I'm in Lot of pain. The way it sounds it will be 6 weeks before anything gets done. That really pisses me off.

I am very satisfied with my latest visits and Dr's and Nurses were very professional. I felt these visits are probably the best I've had for getting help with the issues. For the first time in around 30 years I have relief from chronic legs aching all day and night. I still have pain in one knee and hip and minor pain in the other but I have a future I can look forward to, thanks to the caring Dr's and staff that took time to understand and try something to help me get some relief if only temporary. It has made my days worth while again and given me hour that things will get better.
