Dr. Daubner was very kind but yet professional. He clearly showed he cared about my condition, and explained to me the possible options in terms I could understand. Up until this point I had no hope- the previous doctors/surgeons were very clinical and didn't offer many options if any, nor did they seem to care. Now that I know I have options to work with, I have a renewed hope that the possibilities now exist that may help me get my condition under control so I may again have quality of life.
