Care Philosophy
My philosophy of care centers on compassion, collaboration and evidence-based practice. I believe that pain is a deeply personal experience that affects every aspect of a patient’s life, and my goal is to listen actively, validate each patient’s concerns and develop individualized treatment plans that address both physical and emotional well-being. I strive to empower patients through education, shared decision-making, open communication and realistic goal setting, while utilizing the safest and most effective therapies available.
Personal Statement
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, running, biking, swimming, walking in the woods, traveling and watching all Wisconsin sports teams, especially the Green Bay Packers.

Doctor said he would call with them. He did not follow through with the results.

Dr. Daubner is clear on explaining options of treatment and explaining symptoms. Also, what to expect what to expect from a future referral he made.

He was very easy to talk to. He definitely listened to everything that has been going on with me. I feel like I got more help so I can move on and get the help I truly need.

There was an error in my instructions regarding the appointment. I could not be seen for the injection I was scheduled for. Days before the appointment , I called your office twice as follow up from two voicemails and both times they misinformed me. Disappointing on that end. I certainly hope your office doesn't bill my insurance for this non appointment.

I'm still waiting to see if I got approved for my MRI. Haven't heard anything, so I'm kind of waiting to see if they approved it or not. Thank you.

I find it hard to believe there are no experimental back procedures happening at Marshfield currently! Is it possible to have 1 provider oversee my chart?

The insurance company gives the impression that my health is not that important to them. Dr. D provided insight about the possibility of insurance approval which in turn could possibly reschedule for a sooner date for the injection to hopefully ease the pain sooner. That information was great however it just seems like a waste of time and resources that the insurance company dates the acceptable date range for the procedure in the future and in order to move the appointment to a sooner time the insurance has to be contacted again to get the date changed. Maybe this is normal for the medical field but in my line of profession this is considered not efficient and avoided because the communication time is doubled thus in turn decreasing efficiency. I was glad that the financial manager at Bellin made the calls to insurance requesting to move up the date. I just thought that it was wrong that the insurance company operates this way and prioritizes profits over people's health. Without the Dr. insight and phone calls I would have had wait additional time.

Jon and the nurse were both so kind and professional. They treated me with respect and kindness. Jon is the first one to actually do something to help the pain I have been in. What he prescribed is the first thing that has ever helped. I appreciate his help.

The nurse and Jon were wonderful. The first team of providers who listened to my story. Feels nice to feel heard.

An efficient process of making an appointment, seeing a doctor, and then conversing after the appointment to move forward. Very impressed with the care, and with the "portal".
