While it is nice for users to update supplement information, the "notes" cannot be seen on the provider end. There should be a way for users to upload documents such as test results from other service providers (e.g., Lifeline Screenings, metabolic testing, etc.).

Everybody I interacted with did their jobs efficiently.

I do get a little confused between Emplify, my chart & any others that are or were included but I'm old!!!! I think just so many changes in a short time!

I appreciated that Jessica listened to me, was accommodating & understood my concerns. She is intelligent, kind & empathetic.

I always have a great doctor and the girls that check me in are always very polite and very nice. I never have any problem going to the clinic here and my doctor, Jessica Peterson, is very good and the girls that come in, nurses, are very good too. I have no complaints at all. Thank you.

We have never been dissatisfied with outcomes from Jessica Peterson, and know that if she thinks it is necessary she will get information from other Drs. or have us see a specialist. She is a super PA and I hope she never leaves the Crivitz clinic.
