I would like to thank Jennifer for listening to me and treating me like she honestly cared...but I am having trouble with trying to get in the app

Jennifer Pravachek is the absolute best medical professional I have ever seen! I recommend her to anyone looking for a new clinic. She is knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and actually listens to you. I have never once felt rushed at any of my appointments.

My visit with Ms. Jennifer Pravechek was exceptional. She is always so welcoming and makes me feel like I'm having coffee with a friend. She shared her advanced knowledge with me, explained it in a way I understood and specifically took the time to ask if I had any additional questions before we began the exam. Ms. Pravechek is a true gem.

I had to leave Jennifer's care several years ago due to an insurance change, but im so glad I had the opportunity to come back. Jennifer and her staff are awesome!

I really like Jennifer Pravechek NP. She listens intently and truly wants to help with whatever your needs are. I feel fortunate that I have Dr. Biernat and Jennifer as her NP. I also really like everyone from the girls at the desk to the lab techs and the other nurses that do the vitals.

Everything went great, everyone did such a great job from the time l entered the clinic.

Jennifer Pravechek is fantastic, super friendly and welcoming while also being efficient.

MyChart is no longer an easy way to schedule an appointment.

Through no fault of Jennifer, I received a message following my annual physical that informed me I needed further bloodwork. I called the clinic and was told that yes it was true, and I needed to fast and was set up with an appointment for my blood work the following day. When I arrived for the blood draw, I was told there was nothing in the system of such an order. I then messaged Jennifer to confirm that there were indeed no further test needed and she got right back to me stating that that was correct.; no further tests needed. Again this is no fault of Jennifer, but a glitch in the system. Also, my pre-registration came to me in Spanish, which I do not speak. Other than that, my experience with the clinic has been great.

Jennifer treated me with kindness and respect. She was very knowledgeable and very compassionate.

The Emplify MyChart system needs improvement!! Messaging and accessing notes following visits particularly challenging.

I did very well with my visit. They were very, very caring. They did a really good job.

Jennifer NP was absolutely amazing. She's thorough, kind, caring, never rushed through the visit. I usually see Dr Lafond however due to inability to get in to see her timely, Jennifer was a fantastic alternative that I may just want to switch over care to in the future.
