I read details of visit. There are errors in the notes. This is not the only medical visit where notes have errors. In past I've requested notes be corrected but they haven't done it, so I don't bother asking for corrections any more.

All was fine.

Jennifer Cumicek is a wonderful provider. She listens carefully, she explains everything carefully, always has the time for you, which is very important, so that you don't feel rushed. She's just an excellent provider and Bellin Health is lucky to have her. She's truly an asset.

My visit with Jenny was great. She taught me a lot and now I am able to make a better decision for my health.

Jennifer had more info than I even thought to ask for-which was amazing and reassuring. And the team (nurses and techs) that were with me for my MRI guided biopsy previous to this visit were above and and beyond! I feel so taken care of-and that means the world. Thank you.

Trouble with changing password and usernames

Jenny got me an appointment to see her right after my mammogram so I wouldn't need to make two trips. I appreciate her being respectful of my time.

This was my first time during my visit at the high risk clinic that the NP explained everything thoroughly and how they determine the risk factors. She did a great job explaining everything and various options.
