Care Philosophy

As a licensed professional counselor with 28 years of experience, I am passionate about meeting my clients where they are at and partnering with them to work toward their goals. I am trained in Brainspotting therapy and am a certified addictions-informed mental health professional. I would describe my treatment approach as client-centered, trauma-informed and goal-focused.

Personal Statement

I love spending time outdoors. In my spare time, you'll find me hiking, biking, walking my Golden Retriever, kayaking and gardening.
