My chart is terrible. I don't Use it.

The digital is extremely difficult to use. I have yet to access my chart. Every time I try and enter, it kicks me out saying invalid password, invalid, and it wants me to restart all over again. I try and restart, things don't work out, I still don't get in. Not happy with it at all. Digitally, I'm at a zero with it. Thank you.
