Dr. Ditchen was very helpful, really appreciated how she listened and empathetic, as well as quick testing.

I can not get into my chart . It is too difficult and I forgot my password. Did not write my password down. So now I will call tomorrow and find out my results of my blood test. Make it easier to get into my chart.

Dr. Ditchen is the best and most knowledgeable doctor that my husband and I have ever went to. We totally enjoy having her as our primary care physician.

I am very satisfied with the care I have received from Dr. Ditchen and her staff. However, my very recent hospital stay at Bellin Hospital was extremely disappointing, to say the least. During my stay, I experienced several situations that were concerning and made me feel that I was insignificant and not receiving the level of care I expected. These included insufficient attention to my needs, in ER being confused with another patient who was being discharged for treatment related to alcoholism, having my requests ignored, and a lack of clear and consistent communication. I was also offered food even though my board clearly stated that I was not permitted to have food or fluids. I requested clean bedding on two separate occasions as my had blood and iron on them. Never got clean sheets. Another particularly frustrating experience involved being repeatedly offered toiletries, accompanied by one of the CNA's comment that they needed to know whether they should bill my health insurance for items such as toothpaste and wipes. Given the circumstances of my hospitalization, this interaction felt inappropriate and added to my overall disappointment with the care I received. If Dr. Ditchen practiced at another hospital, I would leave Bellin in a heartbeat. The only reason I continue to choose Bellin is because of Dr. Ditchen and her staff. Their exceptional care, empathy, compassion, and dedication to their patients are the reason I remain a patient there. I truly appreciate everything Dr. Ditchen and her staff do for me. I only wish the level of care and compassion I receive from them were reflected throughout my hospital experience at Bellin.

Stop charging people for asking questions. If I want, I'm at a wellness visit, I should be able to ask questions without being afraid of a charge. If I want to know something about my child, I shouldn't be charged for it if I'm already paying him for a wellness visit. Thank you.

Everything was as expected. Sometimes I have problems with the My Chart, which can be frustrating. EVERYTHING IS ON LINE, which is upsetting to people My age.

I have been with Dr Ditchen for many years. Even when she moved from Howard which was closer to me to further away from me, I would still go to her. I like her as a doctor; she listens and understands.

Prompt in on time works well with everybody's busy schedule

The problem I have is with the MyChart. I have always a hard time to get into it and I get confused a little bit on it. So that could be a little bit more friendlier. Thank you. Bye.

Kind and easy to work with

The pre-check-in process is a little bit tedious and long. I try to do it on my phone before my visit and it takes a good five minutes. Sometimes I have time to do it and sometimes I don't. I just wish it was shorter.

I was accommodated very well as my appointment needed a little extra to go through test results and findings.

I appreciate how Dr. Ditchen doesn't make appointments feel rushed even though I am sure her schedule is packed. I felt heard and supported during my appointment and trust her advisements for my care. Thank you!!

I had a good visit

My chart was being updated so it was difficult to communicate for a few days.

I first met this provider during this visit. She was a genius, congenial, an excellent communicator, and dedicated. I enjoyed meeting her very much. She is just great!!!

Dr. Ditchen is wonderful. She is always cheerful and genuinely interested in me as a person. She takes time with me, is thorough and on top of my entire medical history. She goes out of her way to provide the very best care.

She has fostered a personalized, long-term doctor-patient relationship of trust, mutual respect and good communication. Dr. Ditchen has been my doctor for over 15 years. She has seen me through my pregnancies and delivered 3 of my children. I have seen other providers in the past who have either not fully addressed my medical concerns or left me feeling confused. I was grateful to have finally found a doctor like Dr. Ditchen. She really has a good working knowledge of medical care combined with a good understanding of me as a patient to get to the root of the problem and explain how to address it. She is the best provider I've ever known.
