I was charged more for my blood work than previous. It's preventative care and should be charged accordingly where my insurance covers all of our preventative care visits. Dissatisfied with that and will call.

Make sure your kiosk is working. My experience im waiting fir too long knowing that im already check in but I found out that I am not waiting for 30 minutes before my lab test done.

Nurse not very friendly and lack of cwlifed doctors

Wish I would've asked more questions pertaining to my problems

I,on every prior visit, have provided Dr. Vachon with documentation of my physical condition and issues. I on recent visits have completely filled out the pre-visit computer forms - both for blood work and the actual Doctor visit. Once in the office I had to again through a question and answer session with a nurse to essentially review what I had provided via the intake form. A waste of both my time and the nurses! All that information should have been available and reviewed by the doctor prior to the visit so that both her time and my time was effectively utilized. The same information was presented three times. Why can't the "changes" in status be requested on the intake form and read before contact by the nurse and/or doctor?

I think when a person has multiple visits in a short time..like therapy 3 times a week the check in should be shortened quite a bit. I feel like I could do it with my eyes closed!!

They explained everything to me and really listened to what I was worried about and dealt with all my problems

My reason for giving less than a score of 10 for the check-in process is the really confusing question that asks me to "answer YES if you have NO history of the following......" The grammatically correct answer is "yes" if I have had no history, but the one that gets you through is to answer "NO". This is a bad error on your part and should be corrected.

I love my doctor and feel blessed to have her as our family doctor. She's easy to talk to and she knows what she's talking about and explains everything so well

I wish I would have found Dr. Vachon sooner for my primary. She actually listened and explained. I felt like we were on the same page with my Healthcare.
