Care Philosophy
I’m a strong proponent of maintaining things before they break down, which is why I find preventative medicine so important. I also believe in explaining the “why” of what we do to build patient rapport and trust. I find this improves patient satisfaction and therapeutic relationships. I feel grateful to have a window into the lives of my patients and look forward to helping them.
Personal Statement
I love following sports, especially the NFL. I enjoy weightlifting and doing cardio. In my free time, I usually read. Getting together for board games can also be a lot of fun. I have a dog named ChiChi, who is like a daughter to me.

Dr. Jakhar and his nurse were very kind. He listened to my concerns with empathy. He is a wonderful, intelligent doctor. I'm fortunate to have found him for an allergist.

The facility was clean and inviting. Every person we came in contact with was friendly and smiled. You can tell that they love where they work.

The RN and Dr. Jahkar were excellent. They listened to my concerns about my health, asked many questions and we came up with a follow up plan. Excellent Patient to Doctor relationship!!!!

1. It was confusing were to go for checkin once I got to 4th floor. It would be good fo have a sign when getting off the elevator. 2. A key to self explain the full panel allergy testing results would be helpful. It appears to be set up for the professionals. (They explain) All my questioms were answered. Everyone was professional and helpful, GENESIS was especially helpful at the end.

I felt that the minute the doctor found out that I had cancer even tho I am at the end of my treatment he no longer wanted to treat me or was interested in what I had to say. He just dismissed everything from there. I had to beg him to do anything. He never looked at my hive breakout or anything. 100% do not recommend. And have told everyone not to go there. It as a waste of a two hour drive the gas and my time. The medicine he told me to take is the same thing I was already doing for months with no relief. What a joke. The only difference is he wrote a prescription that the insurance doesn't cover because it's over the counter just like I've been buying. Exact same dose I told him I was taking.

I was hesitant knowing I would be seeing ANOTHER allergist, too many in the last few years. I was pleasantly surprised to feel that my new allergist seemed very professional, knowledgeable, and sincerely interested in my history and plan of care.

I felt like a person in an assembly line. I explained my symptoms, but with respect to treatment, they weren't really listened to. I felt like there was a rush to get me in and out. There was a rush to sign me up for allergy shots as a solution.

Everyone was kind from check-in, nurse and specialist. I had a skin allergy test which can be very uncomfortable but I was checked on and asked if I were comfortable. I was able to lay down rather than be seated.
