Nice people

Hilary is always extremely thorough and treats you like you are her only patient all day. She isn't rushed and she patiently listens to you. She also is so very genuinely nice!!!! Coincidentally my mom had an appointment with her the day after I did, and she also commented what a pleasant experience it was and how nice Hilary always is.

I would highly recommend Hilary Hetzel. She clearly went over all my concerns and makes you feel comfortable talking to her about the concerns.

Hilary didn't seem rushed, and she gave me her undivided attention. She was genuinely interested in what I had to say. The phlebotomist that drew my blood was also very friendly and genuine, as was the receptionist. They all made me feel valued, not just a number.

I love her listening skills and how carefully thorough she is. I have great confidence in her knowledge of medical issues. She puts me completely at ease and talks through everything she's doing with me. I have NO issues at all with her. She's an outstanding person.

Hilary is great, very happy I made the transition to care in Wrightstown. Convenient location, ease of scheduling online, and flexibility were all a part of the decision to change but will stay because Hilary is fully attentive, knowledgeable, and strong communicator. Informative and efficient.
