Personal Statement
I was born and raised in Oconto, and my husband and I are happy to be back. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, baking, fishing and being outdoors with nature.

Dr Mathes was very thorough in her examination. She was clear in the next steps. She was very friendly and listened to me very well. All of the Staff were very friendly, welcoming, and courteous.

The whole experience was very amazing and the Dr. Was top m shelf with what she did and her nurse was the best . The only other thing I could say is thank you ladies !!!!!!

My provider read my case paperwork enough to know that I'm now in physical therapy and getting stronger, and she automatically adjusted dosages down on the Motox so that I wouldn't be too weak in areas that need work right now. She's got the whole system figured out. Wonderful provider. Thanks for the help you give us with her.

Dr. Mathes is an exceptional provider. She took care of the pain in my jaw and explained what my problem was. I can honestly say I can now eat and talk without constant pain. She made my quality of life so much better. Bellin is lucky to have such a talented provider.

The pre-registration online was very tedious and just went on and on. My actual visit was positive and I'm looking to her for resolution .

Dr. Mathes is one of the best doctors I've ever had. I am so touched that she cared about me and my ailments and truly listened to me. On top of being such a wonderful person she's also very knowledgeable and effective. In the 22 years I've had my health issues and all the specialists I've seen, she has had the most ideas and so far her treatment has been the most effective. I can't believe how lucky I am to have found Dr. Mathes. I am so grateful for her help.
