Drawing from a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy and solution-focused approaches, my goal is to help you live the life you want — more fully and with greater ease.

I've only had 2 visits. Hannah and I have spoken about so many things. She is a great listener. I am very at ease talking with her about anything. I am so glad that I was assigned to her as her patient.
