Care Philosophy

My philosophy of care is centered on providing compassionate, patient-focused and evidence-based care to people facing cancer and blood disorders. I believe every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect and empathy while navigating one of the most challenging times in their life. I strive to build meaningful relationships with my patients and their families through open communication, active listening and shared decision-making.

My goal is to ensure patients feel informed, supported and empowered throughout their treatment journey. Through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ongoing education and a commitment to clinical excellence, I aim to provide exceptional care that promotes healing, hope and the best possible outcomes for every patient. My greatest privilege is walking alongside patients and their loved ones, offering guidance, support and compassionate care every step of the way.

Personal Statement

Outside of work, I am a proud wife and mother of two young children who keep life busy, fun and full of adventure. My family also includes several large dogs who are very much part of our daily lives. When I’m not caring for patients, I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether that’s hiking, exploring nature, attending my children’s and church activities or simply enjoying time with family and friends. Living and working in the community allows me to appreciate the meaningful relationships that help people feel supported through life’s challenges and celebrations alike.
