First time seeing this NP and she was very nice and informative and made sure she answered all my questions

I don't use the website or video visit. I really enjoy Bellin Health. Thank you for putting together a really great program.

Good NP took time to discuss my history on our first meeting. She took time to review my considerably long history. I like her alot.

First of all, Hannah, she is an absolute wonderful listener. Kudos to her. She's in the right job. I pressed one on that last digital question. I don't do digital. So, yeah. Thank you.

I was extremely impressed with the level of care from her. And also the staff. I highly highly recommend.

I was disappointed that the results of my Echocardiogram, were not and still not available because they had not been read, and today is three days later and still no results. This is unacceptable, if for some reason I die because of the echo not being read, are you going to tell my family oh I'm sorry we didn't think your husband, father, grandfather mattered. Totally unacceptable. Also they scheduled my cardiology follow up so we could review the results but instead I am paying for a cardiology visit that did not have any outcomes because they had nothing to review with me, instead will call me when they are read. Going on a week now since the test.

Hannah is an excellent PA for Dr Hudson. Thorough and caring.

Both Hannah and the nurse were extremely kind and friendly. Made sure I understood what they were doing and the reason for it.

We were made to feel comfortable with Hannah. Very helpful. Addressed all our concerns.
