We're happy with our provider. We're happy with the timeliness. It's very difficult for us to use video conferencing and some of the MyChart stuff. We have spent hours on the phone going over this with helpful technicians, but it has taken us a long time to do this. So it's bothersome to people who are not computer literate.

Hi, it took two months to get my appointment, but everybody was very helpful and the check-in process was very easy. If I just hit a one on that, it was because I didn't get the whole four thing. But anyway, they were wonderful. And so was the doctor, so patient and kind and smart and I just loved her. The medication she recommended sounded fabulous, but of course Medicare didn't pay it. It's like $580 a month, so that's not going to happen. But I truly am glad I went to see her. I was very nervous and she made it very, very comfortable. Well, not comfortable, but easy. Thanks and have a great day. It was definitely a 10 experience. If I screwed up on the other stuff, it was just, I'm old.
