I see outpatient counseling as a valuable opportunity for individuals and families to work through a wide range of challenges in a space that's confidential, safe and genuinely supportive. My approach to treatment is always centered on you and what you've identified as your most important needs. I offer an Assessment of Readiness for Change, tailored to your unique experiences, and then we'll work together to apply relapse prevention strategies that make sense for your life.
