Everything went well at the appointment. The only thing is, is when you ask about how to do MyChart, I'm not good at my phone doing that kind of stuff. So I don't know how to get onto it. So good to have somebody train me on how to do MyChart. Thank you.

I enjoyed the visit with Dr Emmons he was very helpful with any of my questions, I hope he enjoys his retirement with his family.

My Bellin Team of doctors and staff is why I try to keep them when my healthcare plan changes (ie, market place or other). I love the detailed care, compassion, and positivity they provide.

Every time I go to use the self-check-in, it never works. So I don't know why you have people standing there helping because they never help. They just said, oh, would you like to use the self-check-in? And when you say, yeah, they don't come over and help and then they're like, oh, what's the matter? I said, it didn't work like it never does. So why don't we just check people in and get rid of the kiosk?

He went above and beyond and I have a direction to go now to improve my health quite a bit, which other doctors didn't catch. That's it.

I have no complaints and I had a great experience and I did not think there was anything that could be changed.

Dr. Emmons very practical and understanding. He fully addressed all my concerns. Really pleased that he was my sleep Dr.

Sleep Center and Dr. Emmons were empathetic and responsive to the urgency of my needs after I completed the home sleep test.

I felt SO listened to by Dr. Emmons. I was very satisfied with the appt and the plan moving forward. He is very good at what he does.

Dr Emmons speaks in language that is understandable and sensible not big terms and research references, just every man's facts.

Dr. Emmons is realistic, simplifies processes and care, and I enjoy his sense of humor.

The MD was terrific. However his LPN was rude . She seemed upset MD running a little behind schedule . I appreciated how good he answered on my questions and never seem to be rushed . My appointment time was for 1 pm As their office confirmed on phone the day before . However by the time I was checked in on first floor and again on 7th - it was 12:50 . When the LPN came in to reschedule a follow up again for 1pm . She said to me , " Next time if you are not here by 12:45 - 15 minutes early we will Not see you !"

Dr. Emmons was great. He took time to explain things, listened and answered my questions. He was easy to relate too.

My last rating was only a 5 because I do NOT use any of the My chart or any of your digital options. I prefer to do it the old fashioned way, either by telephone or the paper route, which has been working for me and I will continue to do it that way.

Dr Emmons is a fantastic doctor and person. I really enjoy working with Dr Emmons. He has an amazing bedside manner and really cares about his patients. It is rare to find good doctors in the world today.

The provider was excellent.

It was a great appointment with the provider. Took his time, listened and got my history, didn't seem rushed, explained everything.

I liked Dr Emmons and he explained things to me about my CPap machine. He knew exactly what days I was using it and how many hours every night. He is going to check my sleep report in one month.

The check in kiosk questions seemed to be a little confusing, regarding Medicare and supplemental health insurance.

Checking in online first, then in the lobby to register again and to wait to get a wristband to go to my appointment and nobody checks the wristband. I understand some patients need them, but for a Medicare follow up it was about 20 minutes of my short and precious life that didn't need to be wasted on triple check in. Other than that nice experience.
