The check in kiosk questions seemed to be a little confusing, regarding Medicare and supplemental health insurance.

Checking in online first, then in the lobby to register again and to wait to get a wristband to go to my appointment and nobody checks the wristband. I understand some patients need them, but for a Medicare follow up it was about 20 minutes of my short and precious life that didn't need to be wasted on triple check in. Other than that nice experience.
