I used to use My Chart often for simple medical questions to my provider and recently the site does not seem user friendly and I cannot connect with her or her staff at all. I get moved to other options that are not helpful in the least. Could this maybe be since the Gunderson merge I'm wondering...? It wasn't this way before......

I was pleased

Call wait times were very long - I was on hold for almost 20 minutes. Occupational health did not return my phone calls in spite of leaving repeated messages. I called numerous times.

First time using drive through, best experience ever for visit

This process overall was very inefficient. Took 1 hr 50 minutes to get through everything. Improvement is much needed.

First - Dr. Abdul was fantastic! If I could give 10+stars I would. Not only did he listen to us, he explained everything in great detail. I also felt he was very prepared with our specific needs. However, the nurse who checked us in and gave us our vaccines clearly does not like her job. She was bordering on rude - although not overtly - and she felt hostile. It seemed like checking us in was a chore and interrupting something else and I also felt like getting the vaccine was a bother for her. She does not represent emplify/bellin health well. She is the sole reason this visit did not get a 10.

Dr. Abdul was great! My son needed a yellow fever vaccine for his upcoming school trip to Columbia. At our school meeting we were told the kids didn't need any additional vaccines. However, Dr. Abdul clearly explained the risks of not vaccinating, the likelyhood of contracting other illnesses, and the side effects of vaccinating for the other illnesses. After his thorough explanantion, we decided to vaccinate our son against typhoid and malaria. We are very pleased that we decided to get my son's yellow fever vaccine at the clinic with a knowledgeable doctor, as opposed to other site options we were given. Dr. Abdul made sure my son is well prepared for his adventures before and during the trip.

The only thing I would say was a negative is that Dr. Abdul was great and everything was explained well. However, I expected to leave there with the vaccinations that I needed for my trip and instead my typhoid prescription was called into Walgreens and I'm still waiting for it because they don't have it. So that didn't happen in a timely manner and I was just expecting that when I left your care I would have everything I needed. So that would be my only negative.

Dr. Abdul gave us so much information for our foreign travel. His recommendations were personalized and had we just used the information from the CDC, we would have been poorly protected from local diseases. We will recommend Dr. Abdul to our friends who are traveling internationally.
